Reporting to the Senior Manager - FP&A, you will support the analysis of financial plans, forecasts, and operational results as well as departments in their budgeting and forecasting processes. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you\'ll work collaboratively with many cross-functional teams, including finance/accounting, commercial, operations, and supply chain to align on results. To be successful, you will have to learn Forged Products\' business and use your analytical skills to effectively analyze and interpret financial results, assist with monthly and quarterly forecasts, perform variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities that are critical to the success of the organization. Position Responsibilities Support the annual and multi-year planning process Assist in preparing financial models and analytical reports to support the monthly forecast process Ensure delivery of financial commitments, drive process standardization initiatives, and assist with streamlining financial reporting Support and participate in ad-hoc analysis on business performance Assist in developing and reviewing presentations for business leaders Participate in or lead special projects, including FP&A software implementation (OneStream) Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting At least three (3) years of FP&A experience Preferred Qualifications (In addition to Basic Qualifications) Experience in a manufacturing industry Experience with OneStream Skills Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage business leaders, partners and peers Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate options and implement solutions Strong ability to develop and manage processes that are effective and efficient Strong attention to detail and time-management skills MS Office skills #LI-TS1 We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
