We provide professional brokerage and management services to buyers, sellers, and owners of residential and commercial property. Our property management portfolio includes long-term, short-term (vacation), and multi-family residential, commercial, and common interest community (HOA) properties.We are actively seeking a committed part-time Property Coordinator to join our dynamic company and serve our rapidly growing client base in the Flathead Valley. The Property Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for our owners, tenants, vendors, and prospects, supporting the Property Manager in the management of our portfolio.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe specific duties and responsibilities expected of the Property Coordinator include:•Communicating with stakeholders by telephone, email, and text•Providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships•Maintaining and updating information in our property management platform•Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests•Preparing professional documents such as meeting agendas and minutes•Basic accounting functions such as receivables, payables, and bank reconciliationsSkills and QualificationsA successful Property Coordinator must possess technical and interpersonal skills including:•Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail•Effective time management, including organization, prioritization, and deadlines•Computer proficiency; AppFolio and QuickBooks are a plusEducation, Training, and Experience Requirements•Two-year college degree or equivalent, or working towards a degree•Two years’ experience working in an administrative office environment; property management, real estate, accounting, and customer service experience is a plusCompensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Pay progression is reflective of company growth. Retirement plan with company match. Flexible schedule; approximately 10-20 hours per week.
