The product team play a pivotal role in growing and evolving ICIS’ suite of data, insight and analytics services. The team is globally located, and drives alignment across the business, interacting regularly with technology, design, sales, marketing, content, customer success.

About the Role

As a Product Data Analyst at ICIS, you’ll be embedded within the Product team stepping into the dynamic role of understanding customer engagement, enhancing product performance, and shaping strategic decisions.Product Analytics is vital to unravel customer behaviour to drive product development into the future. With each data point you analyse, you'll uncover insights that not only inform our strategies but also ignite innovation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Creating incisive product metric dashboards that transform analytics into actionable insights.

• Being curious - explore customer usage patterns to unearth insights into engagement drivers and utilise it to ignite change.

• Interpreting diverse data sets to gain a holistic understanding of customer journeys and product performance.

• Using Machine Learning to forecast the future of ICIS engagement.

• Collaborating with teams across the business to gain a comprehensive perspective on aligning with ICIS strategy and long-term goals.

• Explaining your expertise and promote data literacy across the organisation through training sessions and responsive support.

Requirements

• Experience in SQL, Python/R, data preparation and visualisation, and statistical analysis.

• Deliver your analyses into narratives that communicate insights effectively across a diverse audience, including senior stakeholders.

• Possess organisational skills.

• Experience in Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Azure Data Factory/Databricks desirable, but not necessary just enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
