How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assist in preparations for trade shows and conventions, and attend them.

• Provide support for administrative, technical, and clerical functions of sales teams.

• Complete ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed.

• Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service.

• Generate sales reports and prepare presentations.

• Support the sales department in promoting company products and services.

• Handle and organize internal training courses.

• Provide order coordination support to ensure processes are completed.

• Prepare communications and proofread documents.

• Make arrangements related to travel and meetings.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance.

• Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients, and vendors.
