MKS Instruments Inc Equipment Marketing Manager - North America in Rock Hill, South Carolina

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As the Equipment Marketing Manager you will oversee the business associated with Atotech’s manufactured Equipment in North America. This includes participating in sales opportunities and coordinating customer service, while also maintaining pricing, purchasing, and inventory control. The goal is to grow the business of Atotech through Equipment sales supporting Electronics and General Metal Finishing surface finishing projects.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Represents the Atotech Equipment (EQ) division in the local North American market to strategically support the Electronics (EL) and General Metal Finishing (GMF) businesses

  • Works closely with the local EL and GMF Business Managers for alignment on strategic markets and opportunities

  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of Atotech Equipment technology and works closely with the central EQ team to be educated on new technology developments

  • Coordinates and participates in customer equipment sales opportunities

  • Coordinates customer equipment service requirements

  • Responsible for equipment and parts quotations and order processing

  • Manages auxiliary equipment and spare parts inventory, as needed

  • Organizes capital investment requests for Equipment lease projects

  • Maintains quotation database for equipment and parts sales

  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

    Skills that You Bring:

  • 5 years minimum experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in PCB, PWB and Advanced Packaging

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Experienced in procurement and inside sales

  • Experience with SAP ERP software is a plus
