We are seeking a Senior Communication Specialist with expertise in Adobe Captivate to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating engaging and effective step-process training materials, managing internal communications, and assisting with email correspondence to streamline communication processes. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical prowess in Adobe Captivate, including SCORM file creation, and exceptional writing skills for internal communications. This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and training content using Adobe Captivate, adhering to storyboard and script guidelines provided.
• Produce SCORM-compliant files for seamless LMS integration.
• Contribute to the development and execution of internal communication strategies to support project initiatives, including Infor go-live, Kronos changes, and other system implementations.
• Draft, edit, and manage email communications to alleviate workload from senior team members.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager, communication specialist, and other team members to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Captivate for eLearning development.
• Experience with internal communication strategies and email management.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary to collaborate with the functional team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• High school diploma required; further education or certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Adobe Suite proficiency) considered a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with Infor or Kronos systems is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the team's writing style and communication standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive, outgoing personality comfortable with direct communication and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong foundation in project management and coordination tools.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
