• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

• Must remain in original department/specialty

• Must remain in original Job Title

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

o CRT o Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire. o BLS from the American Heart Association o Excellent investigative, interpersonal and leadership skills o Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology o Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

• Preferred Qualifications:*

  o Leadership position in imaging o 2 years of experience doing MRI
