Insight Global Customer Service Agent in Torrance, California

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 2 Customer Service Agent looking to work for a large healthcare company in Torrance, CA, this person needs to be 50 miles from Torrance. This position would be 9-5:30 PM with some later evening/weekend flex, and fully remote. In this role, you would be scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls and emails. This individual should expect to have 65+ communications per day with members, whether that is via phone, email, etc.

Register patients and the public for classes, assist patients with access to educational, emotional, and financial resources. They may also follow up with patients who were to call a specialist to schedule their appointment but don't follow through.
